 Afri was born in a fishing village in Sikka district, East Nusa Tenggara called Wuring. He is the 3rd child of 7 siblings and is now in 9th grade. He was born with a congenital condition in his left leg shorter than the right. Recently he was successful to cast and fitting a prosthetics leg from PUSPADI using ALTSO’s modular components.

Afri said that “the leg I am getting is comfortable. It supports me to move better than before and to continue studying and playing with my friends. My favourite subjects at school are science and language. When I grow up I want to be a general practitioner.”
