And with Ms. Ayu Carmen, the reporter talked casually about her life's journey until this husband and wife decided to establish this CARMEN WINE HOUSE cafe/restaurant.

Mr. Putu Gde Swastika and his 2nd mba Ayu Carmen started their careers as musicians who have traveled the world from one hotel to another and it can be said that the 2 couples who own CARMEN WINE HOUSE are senior musicians and even have several hit singles at that time.

So it's been about 32 years that Ms. Ayu Carmen has been pursuing her career as a singer at the Sheraton Hotel, Hilton and Santrian while her husband plays in Peanut, Manhattan, Casablanca. Quite a long journey for these 2 couples. Until finally it was decided to establish a restaurant CARMEN WINE HOUSE.

Carmen is taken from her daughter's name because the name according to these 2 couples is quite cool.

Until finally the conversation stopped with the presence of a senior Balinese Blues musician, ILALUTA BLUES, who did perform at a live music event this evening accompanied by a colleague playing the keyboard.
